I’m a Latina mom raising my daughter Emberly while trying to keep my life together, my coffee hot, and my nervous system from completely glitching out.
This is where I talk about real motherhood. The overstimulation, the healing, the boundaries, the “why am I like this” moments, and the small systems that keep me from spiraling before 9am. I’m building businesses, raising a tiny human, unlearning things I should’ve never been taught, and figuring it all out in real time.
I’m not the perfect mom. I’m the regulated when I can be, apologizing when I need to, doing my best with what I’ve got kind of mom.
